Rubs, Spices and Sauces

I once had a highly acclaimed chef, who was also a teacher at the Culinary Institute of American in NY, tell a room full of culinary students that almost every great dish deserves a great sauce.  The Loon and I don’t disagree with that assessment one bit.

Some of our favorite sauces are Mornay SauceMornay Sauce, Bordelaise Sauce, Easy Hollandaise Sauce.

Some of our favorite dressings are: Italian, Blue Cheese, Ranch.

And some of favorite dips: Kickin’ Remoulade, Sun-Dried Tomato Artichoke Dip.
