This mustard vinaigrette is simple, easy, and truly bursting with flavor. Use on salads, or as a glaze for grilled meats and veggies.


  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup good quality olive oil


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil, vigorously whisking the whole time, until thick and smooth.
  3. Add more salt and pepper, to taste.
