The Ingredients You Will Need

These are all dried spices and can be stored for up to several months. Here’s what you’ll need to have on hand:

  • Dark brown sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Sweet paprika (or just regular paprika)
  • Garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • Ground ginger
  • Onion powder
  • Dried rosemary

Ingredients

  • cup dark brown sugar
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary dried

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Break up any clumps of sugar with your fingers or a fork.
  • Store in a jar with a lid for up to 3 to 4 months.
