This pork rub will elevate all of your favorite pork recipes. Liberally apply to pork chops or roasts and then cook. There is no salt in this rub, so you can apply as much as you want. Keep stored in a jar with a lid for months.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Break up any clumps of sugar with your fingers or a fork.
⅓ cup dark brown sugar, ⅓ cup sugar, ¼ cup paprika, 2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon ground ginger, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon rosemary
Store in a jar with a lid for up to 2 to 3 months.
