    • Hi Jules, absolutely! Measure out in parts. The parts would be 1 part curacao, 1 part vodka, and 2 parts lemonade. Start with a 750 ml bottle of vodka. Measure that out. And then do the math to figure out the other measurements. You may have more than 5 liters, but should be close. Hope this helps! Have fun!!! Let us know how it turns out!

  • Hi Kris & Wesley,
Thank you for the recipe. Do you have any suggestions for substituting lemonade (besides orange juice), while still maintaining the gorgeous blue coloring? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Party on, my friends!

    • Hi Sharon!! Please forgive the lateness of this reply!! We are sooooo sorry!! Well, lemon or lime juice would be what we would recommend. But, you could use a lemon-lime soda, such as 7-Up or Sprite. That wouldn’t change the blue color and still be yummy. Hope this helps. Let us know if you make the Blue Lagoon and what you think!! Party on!!!! xoxoxo

Oh la la c’est trop jolie! (Oh dear, it’s too pretty!) I’m generally a salty kinda gal (wink, wink), but I like my drinks sweet. I used Sprite. Good call! I also substituted the plain ole Vodka for Svedka Coloda (Coconut flavored Vodka), with just a splash of vanilla. To give it a further Blue Lagoon visual effect, I dropped in a few Swedish fish gummies. SO AMAZING. A real party pleaser! Wish y’all could have been there. Be well and keep the party going!

  • Is there a separate link for the lemonade? I have a surplus of lemons lately and it sounds so refreshing!

This is our “house drink” at our parties. If you are in Florida, use Publix brand black raspberry lemonade. This is a very tasty drink. We use a handle of Luksusowa vodka, 2- 750 blue curaçao bottles and 1 gallon of lemonade. Put into a drink stand pitcher.

  • I dont make drinks often but this looks good. How big is a tall glass? Just so I know I’m not putting too much lemonade in it. Thank you so much.

    • Hi Melissa! Just a regular drinking glass. Something similar to a glass that holds a pint of beer. That’s not real specific, but hopefully helps. Let us know what you think!! It’s really delicious!

    • Hi Donna! For a big batch, we go with 750 ml bottle of vodka, 750 ml Curacau and then add three 59 fl oz bottles of lemonade. It’s basically 1 part vodka, 1 part curacau and 2 parts lemonade. Go with more or less lemonade, depending on how potent you want it! It’s so good! We just had a big ole pool party and served a big batch of this and everybody flipped for it! Let us know how it turns out….and most of all…HAPPY BIRTHDAY! xo Kris & Wesley

Never made one before and it is the most amazingly refreshing drink ever!! I used New Amsterdam Raspberry Vodka, Bols Blue Curacao, Simply Lemonade and topped with raspberries instead of a cherry. So yum! Thanks for showing me!

    • Hey Jon!! Isn’t is sooo good? We just had a big batch this past weekend for an outdoor pool party, and everybody flipped for it! And the raspberries sound perfect!! Thanks so much for letting us know, that really means the world to us. Please stay in touch! All the best, Kris & Wesley

Do you think you could use raspberry vodka for this or would that compete with the orange? (Raspberry vodka tends to be my go to with lemonade, but I am looking for a blue drink for the 4th! 🙂 )

    • HI Jenn! Not sure if our reply went through, so we’re sending again. YES! Raspberry vodka would be delicious! Another layer of citrus would be wonderful. Let us know how it turns out….and…HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!! xoxo Kris & Wesley

    • Yay!!!!!! We love helping out for a good party!! Par-tay!!!!! Thank you for letting us know and we send the love right back at you!! Stay in touch!!! And Happy New Year!!! Kris & Wesley

  • I make pitchers of Blue Lagoons for my annual Hanukkah party. I top each cocktail glass off with Prosecco for bubbly wonderfulness. A crowd pleaser, for sure!!

    • Yes, Ronni, yes!! Sounds absolutely like a Hanukkah party we’d love to be invited, too!! Happy Hanukkah, by the way…and thank you so much for sharing!! Please stay in touch!! xoxo Kris & Wesley
