🍽️ How To Serve
- You’ll want to use a digital thermometer to ensure your patties reach an internal temperature of 135°F before serving them.
- Toasting the buns on the grill isn’t 100% necessary, but it softens the buns and gives them a wonderful texture. You can also just heat them wrapped in a kitchen towel in the microwave until heated through.
- We love to serve the burgers on a platter with the buns, coleslaw, mustard sauce, and any other fixings on the side.
- Serve with Sweet Potato Crosshatch Fries for the perfect BBQ meal!
