Juicy pork burgers paired with soft, chewy pretzel buns create a flavorful and satisfying twist on a classic favorite, perfect for any cookout or meal.
Prepare the Pork Rub and Carolina Mustard Sauce. Store in a jar (or container) with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
½ cup pork rub, 1 cup Carolina mustard sauce
Make the pretzel rolls. Keep in an air-tight container until ready to use (up to 2 days).

Make the Pork Burgers
Make the Diner-Style Coleslaw. Keep in the fridge while you're preparing the burgers.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Liberally season the patties all over with the rub. Sprinkle the salt on both sides of the patties.

Grill the patties until an internal temperature of 135°F to 145°F is reached. Meanwhile, split the buns and toast them on the grill until slightly browned.
Build the burgers: Start with a liberal smear of the mustard sauce on the bottom bun, topped with the burger, then a mound of the coleslaw, topped with the toasted top bun. Serve at once!
