The Frozen Turkey Cocktail is sort of combo of a drink and an adult dessert.  These flavors go together beautifully, and hit the spot while enjoying family and friends in front of a warm fire place.  Delicious!

The Frozen Turkey Cocktail is a sweet adult dessert/beverage that is just so delicious. Serve with a straw, or even better, a spoon, and you'll love the result. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 pint butter pecan ice cream slightly softened
  • 2.25 ounce about 1 ½ shots Wild Turkey bourbon
  • 1.5 ounce 1 shot Kahlua
  • 2 tablespoon caramel sauce store bought is fine

Instructions

  • Place the ice cream, bourbon and Kahlua in a blender and blend until slightly pureed and smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  • Enjoy!
