Isn’t this exciting?! I’ve been Kris’ taste tester for years and I’m so glad he is finally sharing these recipes with everyone else so you can get to taste as well.

Kris started to cook for me back in 1990 in our closet of an apartment in the west village of NYC. One of his first experiments was with chicken and a lot of other things…we couldn’t decide on a name so I decided to call it “Chicken Shit”. It was delish! “Chicken Shit II” was also delish…it was a little more cheesier.

Through the years, he has continued to awe me with his cooking and I’m always excited to try something different. Although, I can be a bit leery sometimes, I get over it pretty quickly with the first bite.

I do offer to help in the kitchen but I’m often in the way plus he doesn’t like my commentary such as “Are you sure about that?” or “Did you ruin it?”, so I’m usually booted out.

I’ll be placing my favorite recipes in “The Loon Favorites” so be sure to take a peek every once in a while.
