Rosemary and garlic aioli is amazing on your favorite burger or as a dip for veggies. Yum!

Ingredients
¾
cup
mayonnaise
3
cloves
garlic
finely minced, or pushed through a garlic press
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
fresh
1
tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
2
teaspoon
fresh rosemary
chopped
2
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare the mayonnaise. This can be up to 24 hours in advance.
¾ cup mayonnaise
In a medium-sized bowl, place all the ingredients, and whisk until well blended.
3 cloves garlic,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
2 tsp fresh rosemary,
2 tsp Dijon mustard,
Salt and pepper
Can be made 1 day ahead and covered with plastic and kept in the fridge.
