Alabama White Sauce can be found all over the Southeast Southern states of the U.S. We love how the horseradish blends so perfectly with the vinegar and pepper for an amazingly delicious tangy sauce! Use on pork chops, ribs, and grilled chicken.
1teaspoonfresh lemon juiceUsually one half of a lemon
½teaspoonKosher salt
1teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspooncayenne pepper
1tablespoonpickled jalapeno, minced
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
