This homemade chocolate sauce is easy, and is so delicious. You'll never want the bottled stuff again. Not too sweet, but super chocolaty, and divinely delicious.

Notes

The sauce can be stored in the fridge in a jar with a lid (or container with a lid) for up to 2 weeks.  It will harden somewhat, however, when chilled.  To loosen it, simply let it sit out at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours, or place it in the microwave and hit "Defrost" for about 30 seconds.
The sauce can be reheated in a pan on the stove over very low heat, or kept warm in a small slow-cooker, or nuked in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
