Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomatoes cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup white, or red, onion chopped, or more, to taste
  • 1 jalapeno cored, seeded and chopped (more or less, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Mix the tomatoes, onion, pepper.
  • Stir in the cilantro
  • Add the lime juice and the garlic salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Best if allowed to sit for an hour or so.
