This creamy cauliflower and Gruyère gratin is over-the-top good. Cauliflower, curry (preferably homemade), cream and Gruyère make an amazing depth of flavor. We love to serve in individual cast iron skillets...but you can also easily do this in a nice 9x13 casserole dish. And if you can, make the homemade curry powder
...it takes this dish to the next level. Incredible.
