Alabama White Sauce can be found all over the Southeast Southern states of the U.S. We love how the horseradish blends so perfectly with the vinegar and pepper for an amazingly delicious tangy sauce! Use on pork chops, ribs, and grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dark corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice Usually one half of a lemon
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp pickled jalapeno, minced

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
