  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 turkey breast cutlets about 1 3/4 lbs
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup white wine

  • 6 splashes of hot sauce ie, Tobasco

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the basil, tarragon, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and flour and mix thoroughly.
