Sgroppino Cocktail

This is a classic after-dinner Italian cocktail.  The Champaign, vodka and raspberry sorbet come together to make this most delicious and refreshing drink.  And it's fizz and color is beautiful, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 3 oz Prosecco (chilled) (fill nearly to the top)
  • 1 small scoop raspberry sorbet
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add vodka into Champagne flute

  2. Add Prosecco and top with sorbet.

  3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint (optional)
