This is a classic after-dinner Italian cocktail.  The Champaign, vodka, and raspberry sorbet come together to make this most delicious and refreshing drink.  And it's fizz and color is beautiful, too.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled (fill nearly to the top)
  • 1 scoop sorbet raspberry
  • raspberries fresh, for garnish
  • mint leaves fresh, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add vodka into Champagne flute
  • Add Prosecco and top with sorbet.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint (optional)
