Perfect for sipping before (or after) a nice dinner. Or, serve at a lovely cocktail party.

This cocktail has a colorful history as the drink itself. And all we know, it’s really delicious and wonderful to serve on special occasion, or just when you’re in the mood for an amazing drink to sip.

- 1 oz Good-quality gin
- 1 oz Compari
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth
- Orange peel for garnish
- Put ice in a mixer and add the gin, compare, and sweet vermouth.
- Strain into rocks glass with one large ice cube (or several small cubes)
- Garnish with orange peel.
Stirred,not shaken. You don’t need all that water in the Negroni. Point is to gently stir all the spirits.
The Negroni is my favorite cocktail.. I enjoy it with a big ice cube and Tanqueray gin. Cheers!
