Fried Turkey Balls - LICKETY SPLIT

Fried Turkey Balls - LICKETY SPLIT - are a delicious and perfect way to use up some of all those leftover Thanksgiving dishes!!

  • Leftover Stuffing
  • Leftover Turkey diced
  • Leftover Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Leftover gravy
  • Vegetable oil for fryng


  1. Heat oil to 350 F.
  2. Flatten a small handful of stuffing in the palm of your hand
  3. Add a few pieces of turkey
  4. Smear on a dab of mashed potatoes.
  5. Form into a ball...add more stuffing, if necessary.
  6. Add eggs to milk, and lightly mix.
  7. Mix salt into bread crumbs.
  8. Dredge in flour.
  9. Dip in milk/egg bath.
  10. Roll in bread crumbs.
  11. Fry in oil until golden brown.
  12. Serve with warmed gravy.
  13. Enjoy!
