Iced Green Tea Mojito with Asian Pear Juice

Wesley’s Iced Green Tea Mojito with Asian Pear Juice is so unbelievably good!  It’s really refreshing and such a nice layer of flavors.   Leave the rum out for a virgin version.  Or leave the rum in, and have a relaxing afternoon, or make a big batch for friends and have a party!  No matter how you serve, you’re going to love it!

This Iced Green Tea Mojito with Asian Pear Juice is deliciously refreshing! Mint, green tea, pear juice and run make a wonderful family of goodness!

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup brewed green tea, chilled
  • 1 oz white rum
  • Splash of pear juice
  • Splash of club soda
  • Asian pear*, cored, and sliced thin, for garnish
  • *Available in the produce section of most supermarkets, or at Asian markets
  1. Muddle the lime juice, mint, and sugar together in a tall Collins glass until the leaves bruise lightly and the flavors release.
  2. Add ice until glass is about ¾ full and then pour in rum and green tea.
  3. Top with juice and soda water.
  4. Stir and garnish with lime and Asian pear slice.
  5. For virgin, omit the rum and use 2 parts green tea, 1 part green tea, and part soda.
