Southern

We have to admit we are somewhat partial to Southern food.  There is a comfort quality with so many of the dishes that just can’t be beat.

They may not always be the most diet-friendly dishes around, but, in moderations, man oh man, are they good!

We love Southern Fried Chicken, Stewed Okra and Tomatoes, Fried Green Tomatoes, and, of course, Southern Chicken Fried Steak!

And don’t forget dessert…how about Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Chess Pie, or Blueberry Buttermilk Pie!
